To make a purchase on the warew site, simply click on the "Buy" button on the product page. By doing this the product will be added to the cart, marked with the icon at the top right of the screen. Within the shopping cart page, click the "Checkout" button to proceed with entering your personal data and making payment.
It is possible to make a purchase without registering via the "Guest" option of the checkout. However, we recommend that you register in order to be able to access the order history and save your information for future orders.
In the event of a problem with an order or product sold through the warew website, please contact us by email at email@example.com or via the contact form on this website.
At the time of delivery, the buyer is required to check that the package is intact, that it has not been tampered with in any way during the journey and that the number of packages marked on the transport document corresponds to the actual number of packages received.
Should one of the previous cases arise, the buyer is required to sign the document with reservation and promptly contact our customer service by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or using the contact form on this website.
Except in cases of force majeure, all orders placed before 13:00 (Italian time) will be prepared and shipped the same day (excluding holidays).
It is possible to return products purchased from the warew website for free by contacting us at the email address email@example.com within 14 days from the date of purchase. The 14 days are calculated from the date of purchase to the date shown on the postmark of the return shipment.
The return procedure is subject to acceptance by the warew staff. The outcome of the practice will be communicated within 14 days of the arrival of the goods in our warehouses.
The customer can freely decide whether to entrust the return shipment to warew or to a courier of his choice. The shipping costs for the return of a product are charged to the customer and in the case of using our service follow the instructions given in the sections dedicated to shipping costs on this page.
To ship the return it is recommended to reuse the original packaging used by warew for sending the products.
The return of the product will be accepted only if the latter has never been opened or used, has all the original and intact seals, the package is closed and has no defects of any kind, both aesthetic and functional.
You can cancel an order at any time before receiving the shipment confirmation email.
After receiving the email, the shipment will be entrusted to the courier and it will no longer be possible to cancel, but it will be necessary to make a return in the manner indicated in the sections above on this page.
All payments made by credit card, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, are accepted.
Electronic payments made via PayPal and the other methods selectable on the checkout page are also accepted.
All transactions on our site take place in Euros (€), according to the current exchange rate and without taking into account any fees applied at the time of currency exchange.
