Description and type of requested data

These data must be provided at the time of the request for a quote, purchase and / or sale and relative invoicing.
Purpose of the processing of personal data
The personal data provided will be subject, in relation to legal, fiscal, insurance and business obligations: to processing relating to the collection and payment of invoices; of treatment aimed at administrative, fiscal, accounting and legal obligations.
We inform you that, taking into account the purposes of the processing as illustrated above, the provision of data is mandatory and their failure, partial or incorrect provision may have, as a consequence, the impossibility of carrying out the activity of the Company and of fulfilling the expected obligations.
If the person providing the data is under the age of 16, this processing is lawful only if and to the extent that such consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility for whom the identification data and copy of the identification documents.
Consent to the processing of personal data
There is no express consent for the data processed above, as indicated in Article 6 letter b) of Reg. 2016/679 since "the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same ".
It is understood that consent to the processing of data connected to the need to propose or send products, services, information / newsletters must be expressed by clicking the appropriate box on the site during registration, purchase requests, newsletter subscription.
Methods of processing
